Meet the team at Rodel that works to change the education system in Delaware through research, policy, practice, and partnerships.
Sarah is a program officer at Rodel. Her responsibilities include supporting coalition building, developing advocacy strategies and engaging new advocates. Prior to joining the Rodel team, Sarah worked in higher education for over 15 years in leadership development, academic advising, and instruction. Outside of higher education, Sarah worked as the Delaware chapter leader of Moms Demand Action, a gun violence prevention organization, supporting state and federal legislation, implementing public education and awareness campaigns, and developing community partnerships. She currently sits on the Pacem in Terris Board of Directors and the Behavioral Science Advisory Board at Wilmington University. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Occidental College and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from New York University.
