Meet the team at Rodel that works to change the education system in Delaware through research, policy, practice, and partnerships.
Sharece Sellem-Hannah is a co-investment associate at Rodel. Her work includes coordinating and managing grant processes in addition to other supporting functions. She is a Connecticut native and is a proud advocate of the performing arts, entrepreneurship, and alternative education routes. Her education background includes: Gateway Community College (Connecticut), Headlong Performance Institute (Philadelphia), Charter Oak State College (Connecticut) and University of Delaware Professional & Continuing Education Program. She has worked for New Haven Job Corps Center in the Outreach & Admissions Department where she formed relationships with local stakeholders and businesses to help create opportunities for potential students ages 16-24 in New Haven.
Prior to leaving Connecticut during the pandemic, she worked for Clifford Beers Clinic as a program administrator where she supported several grant funded programs including Project LAUNCH (parent-led program) and coordinated the South Central Network of Care collaborative meetings. Merging her passions, she has found a home at Rodel where she is excited to be part of the work of assisting and improving education in Delaware. She currently resides in Delaware with her husband, son and daughter.
