Ryan Harrison is an education leader, wife, and proud mother who lives with her family in Newark, Delaware. With more than 17 years of experience in education, Ryan currently serves as a Program Manager at Rodel, where she leads teacher leadership initiatives across Delaware. Previously, she served as both a teacher and administrator in independent and public charter schools throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding area. Ryan is passionate about educational equity, supporting students with learning differences, and building inclusive school communities where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
