The Delaware Business Roundtable Education Committee (DBREC) is a nonprofit organization that aims to improve public education by aggregating and aligning the resources of Roundtable members and other business leaders.

Together with Rodel, the DBREC aligns key public and private individuals and entities on long-term vision, catalyzes ideas that lead to systemic change, and drives the policies and funding needed for those ideas to take root. In addition to being a strategic co-investor with DBREC, Rodel also provides strategic and administrative support to the committee.  Some of this committee’s biggest seed investments have gone to support initiatives like early learning, Teach For America, and career pathways.

Since its inception in 2006, DBREC has provided over $36 million in support of world-class public education in Delaware.
