First State Pre-K

First State Pre-K is a non-partisan issue campaign to ensure every child in Delaware has access to a highquality pre-kindergarten program—and families can more easily afford these services for their children.

First State Pre-K (FSPK) advocates for policymakers to enact high-quality
universal pre-K in mixed delivery settings including community-based
providers, center-based programs, family child care, Head Start, and public
schools. FSPK wants Universal pre-K to be voluntary, full day pre-K accessible to all 4-year-olds regardless of family income available statewide by 2024.
