Community Partnerships Manager

Keda is a graduate of Delaware State University in Dover, Delaware. She received her degree in Political Science with minors in Law Studies and Women and Gender Studies. In her role as Community Partnerships Manager, Keda will leverage her experience to sustain, build, and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders, partners, and the community to work together in support of an excellent and equitable public education system that supports all Delawareans to achieve success in school and life. Previously Keda served as a trusted partner to community-based organizations, leading supporting, and building the Unite Delaware and Unite Maryland Eastern Shore coordinated care networks to improve whole person health. Additionally, she was a Program Coordinator of the non-profit Pathways to Success, Inc at Seaford High School and an Expansion Coordinator with Public Allies Delaware. Keda is currently involved in different community initiatives and programming. She is part of the Sussex County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Incorporated, Sussex Housing Group, Health Literacy Delaware, Youth Philanthropy Board (Sussex Advisor), Co-Chair/Founder of the Haitian Coalition of Delaware, and Fund For Women( Sussex Committee and Young Founders). She also sits on the board of Black Mothers in Power and Survivors of Abuse In Recovery (SOAR). At her core is committed to giving back, advocating, connecting to the community, and helping those in need to excel and succeed. In her free time, Keda enjoys learning and reading, volunteering, and trying new hobbies.
