In her role as Associate Director of Development, Emily helps to advance Rodel’s mission and priorities through strategic fundraising and co-investment partnership development. Prior to joining the team, she served as the collegewide Director of Grants for Delaware Technical Community College. She also held development roles at Community College of Philadelphia and a grassroots environmental nonprofit organization in Kennett Square, PA. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in writing from Pratt Institute, and her passion for communication and storytelling continues to inform her work as a fundraiser and grant writer. A native Delawarean, Emily recently completed her Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Delaware’s Joseph R. Biden School.
