Halim is the research and policy fellow at Rodel. His responsibilities involve advancing external data projects such as Delaware Public Education At A Glance by synthesizing research findings, performing data analysis, and completing research requests. Prior to joining the team, Halim has worked on campaigns for Environment New Jersey and done research for the Delaware Art Alliance. Halim has a background in policy research, advocacy, and analysis. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Delaware.
