Henry Goodson

Research and Policy Fellow

As a Research and Policy Fellow, Henry is assisting the Policy Team through data collection and analysis, as well as supporting team’s advocacy work. Originally from the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia, Henry has recently graduated from the University of Delaware’s Joseph R. Biden School for Public Policy and Administration with a Master of Public Policy Degree. He has worked for the past two years at the University of Delaware’s Conflict Resolution Program (CRP) at the Institute for Public Administration. During his graduate career and work at CRP, Henry has provided policy and administrative analysis and training to the Delaware Department of Labor, Municipal Clerks Institute, and the City of Wilmington, Delaware. Henry has also had extensive experience in human rights advocacy, working with the educational non-profit Echoes and Reflections to provide teachers with lesson plans on the Holocaust and other human rights topics and the Human Rights Violators and War Crimes Center at the Department of Homeland Security. In addition to his MPP, Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College, where he graduated with Honors in Political Science, Globalization Studies, and German.
