Kelsey Mensch
Associate Director
In her role as Program Officer at Rodel, Kelsey helps to develop, implement, and manage programs and partnerships to advance educational equity for Delaware’s students, educators, and communities. Kelsey previously served as a Research Associate and a Policy and Program Specialist at Rodel where she provided research and data support to advance priority areas and inform strategy across the organization. Prior to joining Rodel, Kelsey worked as a teacher in the School District of Philadelphia and held other positions to advance educational equity in schools and communities. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public policy and a Master’s of Public Administration. She also holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania.
