Meet the team at Rodel that works to change the education system in Delaware through research, policy, practice, and partnerships.
Kelsey is a research associate at Rodel. She provides research and data support to advance priority areas and assist in outside partner projects, events, and communications. Prior to joining the team, Kelsey held various policy and research positions such as data and special projects coordinator for the Washington Latin Public Charter School and researcher for the University of Delaware’s Institute for Public Administration. More recently, she worked as a certified elementary school teacher for the School District of Philadelphia. Kelsey graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public policy and a Master’s of Public Administration. She also holds a Master’s of Science in education from the University of Pennsylvania.
