LEAD AND LEARN

Call for Proposals: Vision Coalition Conference Idea Exchange (Due Jul. 8)
Apply to facilitate an Idea Exchange conversation at the Vision Coalition of Delaware’s 9th Annual Conference on Education. The Idea Exchange is a chance to collaborate in a small group setting to share, learn, and discuss ways to help students succeed. These informal conversations will provide participants a chance to collaborate, receive answers to their questions, find ways to get involved, connect work underway and identify opportunities to make progress.

2016-17 Teacher Leadership Initiative Cohort (Now Recruiting)
Schools that Lead works to empower true teacher leadership, enabling the profession to grow its capacity to learn from within and improve performance for every student. Teachers participating in the Teacher Leadership Initiative can choose to earn 15 different micro-credentials as a teacher leader to advance powerful student learning.

Edcamp: Building Connections, Leading Change (Register Now)
Join educators at Gunning Bedford Middle School for a free day of educator-driven professional learning. Edcamp has an agenda that’s created by participants at the start, and people are encouraged to have discussions and hands-on sessions.

The Vision Coalition of Delaware will host its 9th Annual Conference on Education on November 14, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event attracts hundreds of policymakers, educators, and business and community leaders from throughout the state.
