UD, like most schools, continues raising tuition
Tuition for the coming school year at the University of Delaware will increase by $178 for in-state students and $728 for out-of-state students, officials.University officials are couching the increases, which amount to a 1.44 percent bump for in-state students and a 2.37 percent jump for out-of-state students, as the smallest percentage hikes in more than 30 years.
Solve social issues outside of school

I’d suggest even stop talking of additional resources to low income schools if it is not an additional educational resources (i.e., extra reading help; school supplies for teachers; newer textbooks and technology, teacher training, etc). Let’s let the schools focus on teaching our kids – not solving all of our social issues. Solve the social issues outside of the schools so the kids are better prepared for school when they arrive.
