Race to the Top Handicapping (Update)

Yesterday NCTQ released another look at the RTTT finalists, this time from the lens of how they stack up on the Teacher Quality section of the application. Delaware is in the top three.

Also, Governor Markell and his team are having there final interview today in DC, but we will not know about awards until the end of the month or early April.
