  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including but not limited to educators, students, and school leaders, to co-design initiatives and provide critical thought partnership.
  • Identify potential new partnerships and areas of work in service of Rodel’s mission and to grow our impact across the state.

Funding and Resource Management

  • Work with the Program Director to develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve program goals.

Education and Experience:

  • Experience working in schools and/or classroom settings is strongly preferred, with a demonstrated understanding of the opportunities and challenges educators face across the educator pipeline.
  • Expertise in teacher leadership and educator career pathways, including creating opportunities for educators to lead, grow professionally, and advance within the profession while remaining connected to teaching and learning.
  • Commitment to centering the needs of students and educators with an unwavering focus on student achievement as the bottom line.
  • Demonstrated commitment to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through continuous growth, intentional efforts to identify and mitigate bias, and the cultivation of inclusive cultures that leverage and celebrate diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • Skilled facilitator with experience designing and leading meetings, workshops, and collaborative processes with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Experience working in and building partnerships, with partners across education and government to co-design, implement, and improve programs from conception to execution.
